The Florida Park Service manages the Navarre
Beach Fishing Pier. This 900-foot pier is one of
the most popular fishing destinations along the
Emerald Coast. Each spring, fishermen flock to the
Navarre Beach State Park Fishing Pier anticipating
the first Cobia, Mackerel, and Pompano runs along
the Gulf Coast.
Hours of Operation
Our Winter hours are from 5:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Our
Summer hours are from 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Driving Directions
Navarre Beach State Park--Fishing Pier
is located across from the Navarre Beach Toll Bridge
in Navarre. From I-10 Take highway 87 South to Highway
98 and go East approximately 1/4 mile until you
reach the Navarre Beach Toll Bridge. Go South approximately
1 mile until you dead end into Navarre Beach State
Park and Fishing Pier.

go East approximately 1/4 mile until you reach the
Navarre Beach Toll Bridge. Go South approximately
1 mile until you dead end into Navarre Beach State
Park and Fishing Pier. The Park is to the left and
Fishing Pier is to the right.
ACTIVITIES
Full Facility Camping
The camping area at the park has been recently opened
March 19, 2004, offering 10 full hookup campsites.
All the sites can accommodate either tents or RVs
and all of them are pull-through which allows easy
accessible by larger RVs. The camping area has a
bathhouse with hot water and showers.
Pavilions
Navarre Beach State Park day use areas have several
picnic pavilions with grills, picnic tables, restrooms,
and soft drink vending machines. These pavilions
provide the only shade on the sun-drenched beach,
unless visitors bring their own umbrellas. Pavilions
are available for reservations year round. Contact

Concessions
Located at the base of the fishing pier, The “Friends”
concession invites you to enjoy a cold refreshment
and a variety of snacks and ice cream as you visit
the local beaches. Inside visitors can view several
fish identification charts and learn about the local
wildlife. The concession also offers a wide variety
of bait and tackle needed to catch popular species
caught from the fishing pier.

Swimming
Navarre Beach State Park is located across from
Navarre Beach. Visitors enjoy swimming in the Gulf
of Mexico, or can enjoy a picnic next to the Navarre
Fishing Pier Concession Building.
